Sarah: It is a beautiful out, so what are you going to be doing?
Female: We are going to go through a tennis boot camp workout to improve your game and your shot and also to make more aces and improve your core balance.
Sarah: I am terrible at serving but if anything to make me better I guess, are we going to get to rally after?
Female: We will play after, we are going to be pretty tired but it will be a good workout, I promise.
Sarah: What I want you to do is get into a position, soften the knees, side shuffle all the way to the end of the baseline. I want you come up all the way sprint, block it. Go back get in position quick. Hit the ball. Good. Okay around the middle. Get in position back in. you run to the side, right up, hit, all the way back,
Now is really a good time. Now we are going to do it four more times.
Sarah: Okay.
Female: So the next one, I want you to stand on the baseline you are going to get into position, before the ball bounces two times, you are going to sprint up and hit it across the net. Okay we are going to do four. Ready and go.
All the way back?
All the way back. Before bouncing two times, go.
Sarah: Easy.
Female: Okay go again, now you are going to get this harder by bouncing it a little less. So the next one is going to work in your serve. And the line balls have all along the net here, you are going to run up, grab a ball, run backward, serve it as best as you can even if it does not go over that is fine keep it coming. Okay, run back up as fast as you can, grab a ball, run backward, set up, and serve again. Alright, ready?
Sarah: Yes.
Female: Go. Okay run backward, do not fall, set yourself up, give yourself time, down good, follow through. We are going to work on your serve next time. I want you to follow all the way through, that was good. Last one, make it count. That was good, I am going to give you a couple of minutes rest I am going to set it back again and we are going to do it three more times.
Sarah: Okay.
Female: During the summer, a lot of time people go away on the weekends but it is important to stay active so I personally like to go out and play tennis with some of my girlfriends and it is a fun way to stay in shape and just get your body moving. So to close out this work up, I am having katrina do what I like to in front of my friend, we are basically just going to rally back in fort once it is going to hit on the down the line. And even if we know it is going out, we are still going to run hard for the ball and we are going to hopefully get a little cardio and see how long we can go so I hope you guys like this alternative workout and hope to see you next time. Sarah: I am hitting it down the line and then you hit it cross court.
Female: And then you are going to hit it down the line and then I hit it cross court.
Sarah: Got it, okay, ready?
Female: Sorry, if you hit a good shot, I cannot hit a bad shot back. Not to tell you that I am amazing but I am not good enough to like do you know what I mean.
Sarah: The reason why I run to it is because it is way up there, I am used to balls hitting it back here.
Female: Oh I know, I am sorry that is my fault. Your shot was good so I could not like hit an easy back.
Sarah: Ready.
