Female: Hi, today I a going to share you how you can work your whole body and have some fun at the same time.
It is really important to stay entertained because when the same routine takes over your fit thus might be over as well. So I am always trying to find the new ideas for exercising and I am entering even the most silly ones.
If you can find a swing that you can use, you can work your whole body in three steps. First, start swinging like this and you are working to relax your abs, your back, and your arms. Do it at least for five minutes.
The second part of this workout is swing lunges so you are going to put one leg up on the swing and you are going to swing back and make a lunge and then back up. And you are working your calf, your hamstrings, the back of your legs and your glut. You are going to make as many as you need to feel the burn in your muscles and then you are going to switch to the other leg.
The third and the last part of this workout are swing spike pushups. You are going to put your feet up on the swing and then you push your hips up and then make a spike with your body and then the last move is a push up. I am going to show you how it looks like.
The last exercise was one of the hardest that I have ever done and it is a little bit tricky so be careful that you will not slip or hurt yourself. Anyway, it is a great exercise, great whole body workout and swinging is fun. So I a going to swing for another five minutes and I will see you next time on Body Rock TV.
