We have done the fundamentals of right hand, left hand, we shot from six feet with the right hand only and now we are going to back up about six more feet and I am going to ask the rebounder to throw me the ball. I am going to get my grip with my left hand and my right hand. Shoot the basketball right from here, only from about 12 feet. Right here, grip, release. Here we go. Every single one just working on perfect rotation, with the left hand and the right hand. Hopefully those earlier drills will ensure this good rotation.
