How to do a Vertical Hoop Catch

For this next drill, pair two players. One tosses the ball into the air and also has the responsibility of catching it. The other player moves the hoop into position, so that the dropping ball has to fall through it. Timing, teamwork, and ball skills are just some of the benefits of this exercise. With a large enough group of children, pair them all up and see how many successful catches they can accomplish within a specified period of time like 30 seconds.
