Now sweep your arms up over head, flex those feet just get a nice full body stretch you have done such nice work today. You have done all that you needed to do. The glorious just to receive right. Point the toes now, reach the fingertips to the right coming neutral with the breath and then to the left, opening that side body go ahead and come in neutral now very nice. Flip the hands down along side the body, open up your feet at least mat width apart, turning your hands up to just gently receive coming back to your breath just finding the breath as it inflates the belly in just settle in here.
This is the most important part of your practice. This is why you practice Yoga. This is why we have a focus on Christ as we do just to receive his magnificence. Just to get ready of all the other junk that some how gets put in front of him sometimes we are softening not we are re creating this amazing space.
Just breathing in, honoring.

Go ahead and begin to wiggle your hands and your toes becoming aware of your body and slowly just roll to the right side of your body, keeping the eyes closed and the heart soft. Trying your knees in towards your chest and go ahead and come up to a seated position not rushing the sweet stuff here, this is such a good stuff, such a good time drawing your hands to your heart center.
