Male: This next drill is called a zigzag drill or zigzag bound and this is great for lateral movement getting the athlete used to driving of the inside ball of his foot. It will hop. You will get a little bit faster on your cuts. What we are going to do here is actually, again, like we have started with everything is go with the zigzag bound with a stick. So, each time, the athlete should stick and hold that landing and then drive up and over.
