Alright great pose, great catch you can do is what’s called the Neck Catch, and I’m simply going to catch the ball behind my neck and then flip it back up. In order to practice this trick, all you do, there is a couple of things, a lot of people throw the ball really high, and they dock, and it hits them in the head and it hurts.
All I do is I throw the ball about eye level and all I’m doing is I’m going to step into it and bend with my knees keeping my back at straight, and I got to have my head up. And when you do that, there’s a little area behind your neck and especially if you arch your shoulders out and again drop with your knees and you should be able to catch it. A lot of people just dock.
You know, what I can do is sort of you have to step into it. You don’t throw it high again, you sort of almost want to catch the ball and it’s arched. And then with the red ball, I’ll just simply pick it out and then as you throw it, you bend the head and catch it.
