This stretch is for you abdominals. Start off by lying belly flat on the floor raising your chest up towards the ceiling. It is important to keep your hips in contact with the floor and if you experience any back pain with this do not perform this stretch. To stretch the oblique slightly, you can look back and over your shoulder, remember to do both sides.
