Alright, one of my favorite things to talk about is the arm circle. Basically it has got to stand on the power line. So whatever you do, the arm has to stay in plane with the target, don't let it come off plane. On a double pumper, so I am going to drop her arm back.
First thing, you got to make sure they drop straight back, straight back. Catchers, you get their best seat in their house, don't let them go back there that makes no sense. They already had a disadvantage, they are off the power line, don't let them drop the other direction either, that one is not just common that you see that. So on the mound, hands together drop it back. There is a nice beginning.
Now kids like to twist their shoulders a whole lot if she didn't twist as she bend into attack position, the arm is guaranteed to drop straight back. The kid that twist tends to drop and twist at the same time. Show me the wrong way. Exactly, so look out for that, how to fix it, keep the shoulder straight ahead, have her take a bow, there you go.
