The exercise now is still a Chin Up but for someone who would have a little bit difficulty finishing the set. So, what we are going to do is assists that athlete without actually pushing on their back.
We want to have a clear cut way of measuring improvement.
So, we want to do this again, go through the band progression and what is Bobby going to use right now is a light band through one knee.
So, he will put one knee through,
We put that right on there,
He will hang,
And go through his Chin Up.

And all the way back out.
With that band, he will do is at the bottom,
Give Bobby help,
And at the top where it is not a stretch actually force him to finish the movement under his own strength.
Where he is strong at the top, he will have to finish relatively on his own but at the bottom where he is a little bit weaker,
Then that band will really help him.
And that is an Assisted Chin Up.
