How to do an Obstacle Course Drill

Let's end this section with a creative game, that's a great way to end any practice or workout. Here you see we've used foam barriers, cones, Plyo hurdles, ropes, and a power ladder to design our obstacle course. Players are instructed on the direction the course will follow and then race through the course one at a time. They can either be timed with the best of three runs determining their speed or they can compete head to head if you can setup identical obstacle courses on each side of the net. With a large group, we recommend a team format to really get everyone excited, no matter how tired players may be, at the end of a workout. They always seem to give 100% in this highly energized exercise.
