Okay, our next drill is going to be called the over shoulder drill for receiver play or an adjuster drill where our receiver is going to run straight on a line. The quarterback or the coach will be inside of him and he is going to throw almost like a fade ball and we will go to ask the receiver to adjust on the run and make the catch. Over the shoulder drill or an adjuster drill, let us see what that looks like.
Good job adjusting on the ball. Oops. Then the quarterback or the coach can easily move to the other side so that the receiver can get work looking over both shoulders, go.
