Female: In this part I am going to show you what I am doing for my shoulders. I always like my shoulders and the way they look. I never thought that I need a special attention but I am working them anyway because I think the body comes together as a whole and people do this in a state when they working on the parts of their bodies that they want to change.
My point is that if you are developing muscles in your whole body it is going to get your faster to your goals. So I am doing for each set four different exercises and this is the first one.
This is an upright row and I am trying not to put my elbows higher than my shoulders. 10, I am doing 10 reps for each exercise.
So the next one is this, I am just extending my arms in front of me and I am having the weights at the same line with my shoulders.
So the next exercise for my shoulders that I a doing is in shoulder press and I do it like this. It is really nothing that difficult about this exercise and I am doing again 10 reps.
So the last exercise for my shoulders is this front raises and it is also a small movement in front of your face like this.
So you have seen all four different exercises that I am doing for my shoulders. Each of them were by 10 reps and this is one set so I am doing three sets that gives me 120 reps which is very important because a lot of repetitions and light weight gives me long and lean muscles. Do not forget to d your cardio between each exercise and if you do not know what I am talking about you are going to need to watch part I.
