Spine Tricks are generally scary because there kind of a sharp edge if you fell on a spine. So, this is a masters level difficulty trick.
A 180 Cab Grab, basically come up Fakie, Fakie means Backwards. Fakie Ollie of the coping that means like off the wheels, grab the board tuck knee, in the release and land.
For the half Cab grab over the spine, come up Fakie, Fakie ollie, grab it, let go, ride away clean.
