(Music Playing) This is a 180 G-Turn. (Demonstration) So, this is how you begin. When want to moderate speed both feet level off. You want to lean forward pushing your weight forward, and then whip the back around turn your head also. Just like the one knee but keeping you front tire on the floor. So, basically you spin around on your front wheel you landed in Fakie and you rolling back up. (Demonstration)
