How to do the cow face stretch
Dina demonstrates the hip/shoulder stretch combo Cow Face Pose and some cows make LOLS.
This is the 30-60-90 drill meaning that it will last 30-60-90 seconds. You will jump laterally up on top of the box and then back down onto the floor. Again for either 30-60 or 90 seconds. For each part of the drill, you want to maintain at least 30 jumps during the 30 seconds, 60 jumps during the 60, and 90 jumps during the 90 seconds.
