There are several types of 360’s, and the 360 that we are doing today is a sliding 360.
What the surfer does is he uses the bottom of his board and he slides it around, pivoting off from his back leg the whole time, all the way just like on your back leg and you are toes.
But just as much as important of your feet is your shoulders and your head on a 360. Your shoulders and your head should be twisting. Twist the top part of your body and then bring the bottom part of your body around.
Following the top part, keep in the board flat the whole time off to the fins. It is important that the board is in over on the trail rather sliding off to the bottom and of to the fins in a 360 degree turn.
