Hey, Vince DelMonte here and I am going to take you through Day One of a two-day workout. We are doing our Four Minute Fat Loss Circuits today and the secret of today’s workouts are “To not count your reps.”
What we are going to be doing is we are going to be putting the stop watch on and we are going to be doing each exercise for time. That is going to help you not focus on one-two-three. You are just going to be focused on will you hear that beeper go and just go all the way until the absolute end. Today, we are going to emphasize all the pushy muscles of our body and on Day Two, we will do pulling exercises.
So, we are going to be starting out with a squat and we are going to be doing a dumbbell chest press. Then we are going to be doing some box jumps, and we will be doing some military press. So, all the pushing exercises in the upper and lower body, chest, shoulders and quads. Alright. So, let us get started. Do not forget that you do need a stopwatch.
Do not worry on my weight selection. I am just using lighter weights today for demonstration purposes. You should be using weights that will take about 60 seconds to positively feel it. So, you do not need a workout partner to do these workouts. Then these are for metabolic conditioning, you will be able to build some muscle but the primary focus here is fat loss.
Dumbbell Chest Press – one minute
That is one minute.
Two minutes.
Another minute stop watch.
Last minute.
That is it. You pick the right exercises and do them at the right intensity and the right duration. You will get tremendous results and you are going to crank your metabolism and you are going to increase your metabolic rate for 24 hours after this workout.
