All right we are going to go through a couple of our conditioning drills right now. This is one of my favorites for just about any sport. One thing that we do want to teach when you are doing your conditioning is you got to be able to stop, cut and turn on both feet. So when you run a drill you always want to turn facing one direction.
So with Bobby I am going to instruct him to turn always facing the cone. So that he gets comfortable cutting on both feet as suppose to just cutting on his dominant foot. What we are going to do here is sprint five yards come back to the start and then we are going to sprint ten and back and then 15 and through. At that point we will stop and he needs to do that in about 15 seconds.
