So, today, I have for you a very easy movement for toning your obliques and your back. So, you just sit down like this with your legs in front of you and you extend your arms like this. And then, you move turning your body to one side and then the other side. Your head is turning too. Do not lift your shoulders and do not bend your elbows.

Exhale, inhale, exhale, inhale. It is very easy and you can then nicely tone these muscles that cause obliques and it is good for your back. You are strengthening your back.
