Good work, sit up on your bench, one of my favorites. It is easier to have, in your chest, just sit up on the end of your bench, lean back, you just start if you are just starting out with this, you can use your hands. Some balance putting it in front underneath or behind you right here. Be advance and let us go, hands behind right there, let us go ready, one, two and go.

Good work, we are going right into belly the alphabet with your legs. Lay down on your bench, and legs straight out, if you want to you can hold on to the back of your bench and you want to spell A, and then B and I think you know the alphabet but the idea is keep your leg so the level with your body in spite the above and your legs do not go below, do not let your feet go below your body, arch your back out. All right let us go, alphabet super time, one, two, three, go.

This is very effective and very fun, what is great about doing the alphabet is that it sets you in an immediate goal. You just immediately have that, 26 letter goal that makes you have a start and a finish and something to work with. That is always good to have.
