Next progression with our forward speed drill is going to be what we call a ball drop. We want to incorporate some kind of a visual stimulus for Bobby where the athlete to react to. So that he can continue to progress with his forward speed. With this we are going stand about three to five yards away and as soon as the athlete sees the ball released from the hand they will react and go forward and try to catch it.

What we will do again with this is go three times on our non dominant foot and three times on our right and with how I ran things we always go with our non dominant foot first.
