This next drill is a variation of the box drill that we just run. And what we are going to do is instead of always using the outside of the box we are actually going to run through the middle. So what we are going to do on this one is a sprint and a back pedal drill.

You can use any combination of drills through this like I have mentioned before, get creative if you want to get down on the floor and do something like a stretching drill in the middle of the box you can do whatever you want. Really play around with it and have fun with it.
