The Cockroach is an all time classic. Every surfer should at least do one cockroach especially beginning surfer. It is extremely fun.

When the surfer is riding he uses his back hand to help them sit down on the board. This cockroach is been sprayed with pesticides.

So, he is got his legs up in the air, his arms up in the air, and you ride on your back with your arms and your legs up. This is the Cockroach.
