How to do the Dizzy Ball

Let's finish this section with a cooperative team drill requiring all of the players to stand in a circle and to pass one playground ball after another in the same direction. Start with one ball and gradually try to add as many balls as possible to see what a challenging exercise this really is, and even more difficult variation is to have the children jog in a circle in one direction and pass one or more balls around the circle in either the same direction they are running, or in the opposite direction on command from the teacher.
