How to do the Double Bounce

With the last exercise of this section, I would like to now introduce a ball skill builder, good for developing dexterity and coordination. In this exercise, our junior athletes have two balls each and are bouncing them simultaneously in both hands off the ground, while they walk along a line. To make it even more challenging, have them attempt this skill builder with two balls of dramatically different weights and sizes.
