Dropstep Skip

The Dropstep Skip was designed to open up the muscles of her hips so that you can fluidly get back for overhead type movements.

Jacqueline is going to hold perfect posture, and at the same time she is going to lift that leg up, the toe up, knee up and then slide the leg back and attack back down to the ground.

Make sure we watch for perfect posture throughout; get the foot right back down to the court, and go! Good! Push down, that's the way.

That is the Dropstep Skip.
