How to do the Fast Hands Drill

Let us take a look at another defensive line drill. Here we have the defensive player on his knees, an offensive player holding the bag, and we are working on firing the hands from the ground as quick as we can as the coach blows a whistle. We are trying to shoot the hands inside, punch the back with full extension and actually try to work their hips a little bit into the hand placement movement. So we have reactionary hands to a whistle into the bag with quick hips and quick hands.
