The next step in the one leg hip lift, what we want to do is create a little bit more distance from the ground. Up, extending the distance that Bobby has to push.
So after the first phase, we are going to move on to a Foreign Shift Lift,
And all we have done is add a plate right under Bobby’s foot and he will go to the same exercise.
