How to do the Frying Pan Grip in Tennis

Let's start off with that all two popular or all two common Frying Pan Grip. You have seen it. People start off just tapping that ball over the net. Now they start off innocently enough, in fact they can even get a pretty good zip on their first serve but inevitably that second serve is a real powder puff and we all know what the opponents do with that shot. I like the saying you are only good a tennis player as your second serve. Let's move on. Two key components to the serve are spin and snap. The first one spin, offers variety and control since spin is just gravity by creating increased friction between the ball and the air. This effectively allows us to hit higher over the net, creating a larger margin for error. Take a look as Colindy(ph) hits spin serves over my head and the ball still lands in the court and snap because the wrist provides the final link that accelerates the racket. Without a relaxed wrist that can move in a full range of motion, there is little potential for snap and that acceleration that we all need.
