(Music Playing) Alright, I thought the Kick Flip. Now, I am going to teach you the “Backside Kick Flip” and the “Frontside Flips”. Basically it is the same thing, same stances the kick flip, except a back flip you will turn backside (Demonstration) And a frontside flip in turn front side. (Demonstration) So, now I am going to show you how to do it. (Demonstration) 1. Same stance as a kick flip. 2. While you kick flip turn your body front side or backside. 3. Take the board with your body motion. 4. Keep your foot tucked so it does not get caught up while you land. (Demonstration)
