The exercise that we are going to do next is a Hip Circuit.

And then we will turn that athlete onto a side.
Keep everything in a straight line so the heel is want to be even with the back,
And then open the legs from the side position.

From there, we will flip over, hit the other side,
Come back to this original side, take the band off. Bring the top leg up,
And this bottom leg straight and back even so,

Come back and now lift up straight.
