Now we see our player working on Hip Rolls, an exercise requiring the athlete to lie on his back with his legs to the side and bent with the hips at 90 degrees. He places his arms out to the side for stability, and then rotates his hips to touch the ground on the other side. After returning to the starting position this is counted as one repetition.
