How to do the Hoop Push

Now, let's move to a balance builder for two children. Have the young athletes stand next to each other each in their own hoop. On command, have them assume a starting position by placing their open palms against each other to try to push the other child out of their hoop. If their hands slip, the activity stops and starts again when they go back to this palm against palm starting position. Hitting is obviously not allowed and for safety reasons, they are not allowed to interlock fingers.
