How to do the In and Out

Now we see the children paired and starting in the same position as the last exercise. But for this drill have them step forward one rung towards each other after each catch. Then once in the middle, have them walk backwards until they reach the outer rung. If you have many pairs of children, you can also have them keep track by scoring one point each time they progress through each rung of the ladder.
