Okay, there are different ways to start with three clubs. You can start the traditional way or you might add a little poses. And this actually is great if you drop a lot. You can just simply— without having to bend over, but just put the club in your foot there. Kick-up and you are like back to juggle. So it is called the kick-up.
The way you do this is I’m going to put pressure. I am going to put foot at angle, the clubs sort of ahead of me. I’m going to put pressure so that I feel the club against my ankle and the outside part of my shoe. And I’m going to hold my foot in this position.
Now a lot of people will try like liftoff or something. It does not work. What you do here is you keep your foot in this position and just think of kicking your butt, kicking your butt. Okay, I was going to try to kick my butt. So right there, so that’s sort of a kick-up like that and it goes right into your three club juggle.
Oh darn! I dropped. No fear right into the juggle. That is called the kick-up.
