Feeling good, are you ready to take it down just a little bit? Just a notch or two but keep it spicy. Now all we need to do is a step together, step to the right side, looks like this, step together, step, step together step. Now a basic step touch looks like this, not very interesting right? But Latin style, when you groove it out, you bend those knees and you let your body sink in to it.
Now, let us start to string that knee up, step with the knee. Perfect you guys. Now, all we got to do is take the steps in the middle out and just swing the knee like this. Now, I want you to use your abdominals to lift that knee, and now how about the arms up? Yes, right there, try to twist that body a little bit, make it a little spicier and open up the arms.
Perfect, now have it a little shoulder to the knee, those legs are getting tired. Do what you can, keep that energy up, it is going to be one more, four, three, two, hold those legs open, sway. Deep breathing, you got it now let us open up those legs nice and wide. Shoulders shimming, go right, left, looking good, could you go low? Take it up, you got it come on, take it low. How low can you go? Take it up, now hold it here, sink into the hips, roll the shoulders back, inhale lift, now down the body go, like I said you own it, you can touch it.
Inhale lift, just let it melt down your sides, wiggle in, take your hands and just gently press those knees back, heart pulls forward, just breathe into it. You guys feeling good? And what so great is that when your heart rate gets up like that, really embrace and bring into your body. How awesome that is to have your heart moving like that? You are increasing your cardio vascular capacity which means you are making your heart a stronger muscle, and all we are doing is moving our bodies, and it feels good, does it not?
Now right here, round up and down it is that simple but pay attention, notice what that movement feels like in the body ground. Now hold it low, let us take that left hand reach it way out, all the way up, melt over but pull up out of the ribs so we do not want to compress, we want to decompress really open. Circle the wrist, nice. And open lift, and other side, lift again, sink the hips but lift the arm, pull out of those ribs, circle that hand and open.
Now just rotate your left hip to the right, find a soft light lunge, press your back heel down lift your heart. Little shimmy, go down, bring it up take it down take it up. Take it down, take it up, one more, take it down, take it up, now hold it here, open it out, let us go to the other side, rotate, soft lunge, press your heel down, shimmy up and down, just enjoy it again and fast.
Whatever you want to do, just let your body move away, it wants to. One more time, go low, take it up, and now open up that right hip let it sway up. Now just for kicks because it is fun, take your left foot, step it back, take your right foot forward, sink your hips back, grab your wrist, You have got it, open out those arms, roll shoulders back.
