Alright this drill, we call Pit Bull. Alright and what it is as we take three players usually and they can go anywhere inside the lane area. They are just trying to control their dribble and protect keeping their head up at all times, but they are also trying to flick the ball away from one of the other players. Okay, Pit Bull drill, here we go. It's a great drill for protecting and controlling the basketball the same time and trying to steal the ball from one of the other players.

You can make it competitive. Have a winner at the end. Good job guys and that's our Pit Bull drill.
