Okay we are be doing some stationary ball handling drills. The first drill here that we have we call the Pound Dribble. We are going to start it with the right hand and Mac is going to go ten times with his right hand then switch it to his left hand. Okay go ahead Mac. He is keeping his head up. He is using his finger tips to pound the ball to get a good feel for the basketball and he is just going to keep switching it back and forth, getting a good feel for the ball.

Okay, again he is pounding it with his right hand switching back to the left hand, getting a good feel for the basketball.
