Next, let's combine a fitness drill along with ladders and balls. Setup two ladders parallel to one another, and place one ball in the first rung of one of the ladders.

Have a pair of children cooperate together to see how fast they can toss their ball back and forth, while moving along the entire length of the ladder. The only rule is that they must catch and toss the ball from each rung of their respective ladders.

Another variation is to perform the same exercise with two balls at a time. This one is certainly challenging but it's also a lot of fun and easy to make into a team relay as well.
