The next series of exercises, we are going to go through is a Push up Progression.
If somebody is having difficulty doing a push up whether it be a strengthening or they are coming back from surgery, they have some kind of injury that hurt one side and they are trying to get back into it, the easiest way to start getting somebody back in the push ups or some kind of the chest strengthening, triceps strengthening routine would be putting them into a push up position but taking away a lot of the weight.
So, you can do that with a squat rock or even a wall or other apparatus that you can measure coming closure to the ground.
The way that we going to show right now is off with the squat rock so, what are you going to do is just take your hands in a about shoulder with position maybe a little bit wider and then all you going to do is go through a push up,

Keeping your back flat and bring in the bar right to the center of your chest.

Now, the next step with this is specially this is very easy. You just going to start lowering the bar, lowering lower to the ground and making sure that you can go through to those push ups and proper posture position.
And then, as you get to the ground and you are finishing your sets, then you can go back down to the floor,
And then you are back in regular push up.
