Quadruped Lateral Reach

The Quadruped Lateral Reach is going to focus on really activating our glutes or maintaining good core stability.

Jacqueline is going to get in that quadruped or four point down position. She is going to extend her hips and she is going to rotate the foot out. She is then going to activate her glute to lift her leg up and over. She should feel it here and then sweep it back. Notice that she keeps a good pillar throughout, sweeps activating in the glute, and then bringing it back. This is a Quadruped Lateral Reach, done for 8-12 repetitions on each side.
