Rapid Response Linear One-Foot over the line drill will help improve your single leg strength and explosiveness.
Jacqueline is going to balance by locking in a perfect posture, stabilizing her ground base tip and then going over the line four inches and then back.
Making sure that we do this by keeping the knee over the toe and the knee underneath the hip. We're going to do this right away again from 4-10 seconds, anywhere between 2 and 4 sets on this exercise. Ready, go!
Notice a good posture, and hip stability, and time. Excellent!
