How to do the Run-Through

In this exercise, one child rolls the hoop and another runs through it, while it is moving. We recommend paring up the children to alternate, rolling the hoop for one another. Since this is a cooperative exercise and the roller and the runner, must both work together to accomplish the task. To create a team game, organize children in a larger group into pairs and award one point for each successful run through the moving hoop. Then, give them a certain amount of time to see how many successful run-throughs each pair can accomplish.
