Remember one-on-one move that we just learned. If you add in an another player; just to make it game like and to make it a little more exciting and challenging. You can have two balls, two players. They dribble at each other. Do the one-on-one moves and the key to this is really just read your your team mate; It's all about timing.
Doing it at the same time is important and getting close to one another is important as well. So, You have to read your team mate, Just like you will in the soccer field. Read your defender, engage them, perform the move and then, change your pace and change your direction and get away.
The first, we will do is just the simple scissors; we will step with our right, touch with outside of our left. So watch how the players get close, engage each other do the move at the same time, if they are successful and then a touch away will clear them pressure. So, here we go, it's nice and easy. Okay, that was good, well done and good.
