Female: Hi everyone, welcome back to diet.com access fitness where we bring you exclusive workout videos only available at diet.com. Today’s exercise is part of our total body workout. It is called walking lunge with a bicep press and a twist. I am sure there is a shorter name for it but whatever.
But this way, you are working multiple parts of the body at once so you are burning more calories and getting more muscle so let us go check it out.
This next exercise is a lunge with a bicep curl and a shoulder press and we will be having Sarah lunge forward and drop straight down to your knees. Do not go over your toes. If you do a bicep curl, twist your palms forward, press up and twist towards the knee that you stepped out with and then come back up.
That way, when Sarah does this, she is working her quads, her glutes, her biceps, her shoulders and her core all at the same time. So you are going to lunge, drop, curl your biceps, press and twist. Lunge, drop, curl, press and twist.
