Let us talk about the shotgun snap. A lot of offense teams use the shotgun snap. We use the shotgun snap here a lot. I want to show you three different ways to start the snap of the ball and the shotgun.

The first way will be a silent count. The center is going to get down on the ball, call the defense out, make his calls. When the quarterback is ready, he will lift his leg up, signal to the center when to snap it and then the center whenever he is ready will snap the football.
