How to do the Simple Monte

This is a simple card trick that I am going to teach you how to do it. First I am going to show you with the fact. I have my three cards, the jack of spade, three of spades and the five spades. I put those just like this and take my jack of spades out and my five spades out, what is the middle card going to be? Men would say, the three of spades, where in reality, we have the queen of hearts. Now this trick is quite simple and it rises on a very small gimmick.

The gimmick, you cut the card in half then you take two ends together like so, okay. You just use a little bit the scotch tapes right there in the center and then you fold it like this, you see? And you are going to work hard that is completely different then other two black cards you have or if you are using two red cards you want. A card that is black, you want something to contrast with the different.

So you are going to fold the three of spades over the queen of diamond just like this and you are going to hide it like this, okay and you hold your deck just like that, okay. Now you push it up from the bottom, flip it over and you take the top card off the jack of spades, put that down and take the bottom card off, the five of spades put back down and then you discreetly pull this card out as you palm the three of spades gimmick.

Then you just can put hand out of the table or pocket it because the intentional beyond this card and the best part about this trick is they can not find out anything if you hide this well.
