How to do the Sky Jump Trick

Another variation is to have them toss the bean-bag, jump up into the air and catch the bean-bag with both hands outstretch over their heads. It looks like we prepare them to either become wide receivers for the NFL, hit overheads like Pete Sampras or take jump shots like Michael Jordan.
