How to do the Smith Grind in BMX

(Music Playing) This is a Smith Grind (Demonstration) You want to push your leg on moderate speed keeping your feet flat. You want to jump and swing your back tire a little out, like tick a little out to less that you can lean back tire on the leg front peg. Make sure you hang your front low and after the front peg you get on the ledge and your back tire on the ledge also. Want to keep your weight balanced centered and lower to the ledge then at the feet, to come off with that you swing your back tire to the side a little bit and come of the ledge and ride away. (Demonstration)
